The story behind it
I'm Christian. I spent years organizing tournaments with spreadsheets and my own brackets – and kept hitting limitations. Once, a tournament ended early because of errors in the bracket that I noticed too late. One team decided never to come back after that. That hit me the hardest.
A tournament creates emotions – and should be remembered as a great experience, years later. Nobody should ever have to think about which tool was running in the background.
I don't organize tournaments myself anymore – sometimes I miss it. I built Turniermeister for my younger self. I hope it saves others the chaos I went through.
