Inviting co-organisers is available on paid plans. On the demo plan you can create and test tournaments on your own.
Can I manage a whole season?
Yes. A season bundles tournaments into an overall standing with team sync, tournament series and a public season page. Season features are included in every paid plan: Standard includes up to 70 tournaments per year, 5 per month or 5 per 30 days, depending on billing.
What happens when my teams change?
Tournaments that have not started yet are automatically synced to the current roster whenever you change the season teams.
Do players need an account?
No. Players and spectators can access the tournament page without registration – via link or QR code.
Can I share tournaments publicly?
Yes. Every tournament gets a public page with brackets, results and standings – the season page additionally bundles schedule and live standings across all events.
How much does Turniermeister cost?
Seasons, team management and co-organisers are included in every paid plan. Standard: up to 70 tournaments per year, 5 per month on the monthly plan, 5 per 30 days on the 30-day pass. Pro, Pro Plus and Pro Max only increase the tournament quota: 150 for €299/year, 200 for €499/year, 300 for €699/year.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your tournament data is stored on our own server in Germany and encrypted in transit. For authentication and payments we use EU-compliant third-party providers. You can export or delete your data at any time.
How quickly can I get started?
A single tournament is ready in minutes. A season with teams, series and a public page is set up in under an hour.
What happens if something goes wrong during a tournament?
Turniermeister saves automatically after every change. If your browser or device crashes, all results are still there – just reload the page.
