Choose one set or two winning sets in the assistant. The duration estimate accounts for court capacity, group matchups, knockout dependencies and placement matches.
Set rules for games and tiebreaks
Golden Point (No-Ad) decides a game at 40:40; a tiebreak decides a set at 6:6 games. They are different rules. Turniermeister stores the final set score, not the points played.
Example padel tournament: 12 pairs on four courts
Fictional example: three groups of four create 18 group matches, followed by an eight-pair knockout with seven matches and five placement matches. With four courts, 15-minute matches and three-minute changeovers, a conflict-free plan takes eight waves: 144 minutes, before registration, breaks or the awards ceremony.

Which format is most popular for padel tournaments?
Very often Group Stage + Knockout, because participants get multiple guaranteed matches while the tournament still builds up to semi-finals and a final.
Does this also work for Americano or open formats?
Turniermeister covers duel tournaments with set results: pools with top-N advancement, a knockout round and placement matches. Americano or Mexicano rotation formats with changing partners are not supported.
How do I keep track of set scores and standings?
