Illustrative schedule with two groups of four, two courts, 12 minutes per match and 3-minute changeovers. The top two teams in each group advance to two semi-finals and a final.

Verify match count and duration
Each group of four has 4 × 3 ÷ 2 = 6 matches, 12 total. With one court per group, that is six waves. The two semi-finals fit in parallel on both courts; the final uses one more wave. Total: 15 matches in 8 waves. Calculation: 8 × 12 + 7 × 3 = 117 minutes.

Make qualification unambiguous
Publish the rule before play: the top two teams in each group reach the semi-finals; A1 plays B2 and B1 plays A2. The group tables determine these pairings, rather than a later manual selection.

Enter and publish results
The tournament lead or an authorized co-organizer enters each result in the organizer account. After the semi-finals, check the table and final pairing, enter the result, then have a spectator test the public link.
