The Annual plan easily covers a season with monthly cups. It gets tight when several competitions run in parallel.
Several series in parallel
Indoor series, summer cup and youth tournaments run from the same account. Each series uses its own tournaments.
Several departments or regions
A club with several sections or an organiser with two regions quickly organises 100 tournaments or more.

What Pro changes and what it does not
Higher annual allowance
Pro includes 150, Pro Plus 200 and Pro Max 300 new tournaments per year. The standard Annual plan includes 70.
No difference in features
Seasons, tournament series, public pages, helpers, teams, sponsors and premium templates are available in every paid plan. Pro does not unlock any of them additionally.
Fixed annual price
299 €, 499 € or 699 € per year. Available to buy directly, with no quote and no negotiation.
Tournament packs still possible
If even the Pro allowance is not enough, additionally purchased Tournament packs kick in. No change of tier is needed.

Annual plan with packs or Pro?
What matters is how many new tournaments you create per year. A season itself does not count, but every tournament in it does.
Up to 70 tournaments
The Annual plan for 149 € is enough. A season with twelve monthly cups needs twelve tournaments.
71 to 95 tournaments
Annual plan plus Tournament pack: 149 € + 59 € = 208 € for 80 tournaments or 149 € + 129 € = 278 € for 95 tournaments. Cheaper than Pro.
96 to 150 tournaments
Pro for 299 €. From here the combination of Annual plan and packs would be more expensive, already 337 € at 100 tournaments.
More than 150 tournaments
Pro Plus (200 tournaments, 499 €) or Pro Max (300 tournaments, 699 €). Federations receive an individual offer.
Example: club with two regions and 100 tournaments
Fictional example. Region North and Region South each hold 50 cups a year from the same account.

Decision
Pro is 38 € cheaper and leaves 50 tournaments in reserve for a third competition. With only 90 tournaments, the Annual plan with a 25-pack for 278 € would be the cheaper choice.

What is the difference between Pro and the Annual plan?
Only the tournament allowance. The Annual plan includes 70 new tournaments per year, Pro 150, Pro Plus 200 and Pro Max 300. All features are the same.
Do I need Pro for seasons?
No. Seasons, tournament series, the public season page, teams and sponsors are included in every paid plan: Annual plan, Monthly plan and 30-day pass. You only need Pro if you create more tournaments.
Is Pro or the Annual plan with Tournament packs better value?
Up to 95 tournaments per year, the Annual plan with packs is cheaper (149 € + 129 € = 278 €). From 96 tournaments, Pro at 299 € for 150 tournaments is cheaper. Packs, on the other hand, do not expire and remain available for the next year.
Can I add Tournament packs to Pro?
Yes. Once the Pro allowance is used up, each further new tournament uses one unit from a Tournament pack (10 tournaments for 59 €, 25 for 129 €).
