A short checklist from a ready tournament to a current display.

   Prepare the tournament

   Check teams, mode and fixtures in the organizer view; public pages are not available in demo mode.

2. 02

   Activate a paid plan and publish

   With an active paid plan, make the tournament public and open the generated link. The plan unlocks the public view, not editing access for spectators.

3. 03

   Enter results in the organizer view

   You or invited co-organizers enter results in the signed-in organizer view. Spectators see the schedule, results and standings read-only.

   Check an update

   If the public page disagrees, verify the result in the organizer view, check that you shared the correct tournament link, then reload the public page. Do not enter the same result a second time while checking.

Without live results, every update turns into a manual question

The key is not whether results exist somewhere, but whether everyone can access the latest status quickly and reliably.

Live results do not just save questions. They make the whole tournament easier to read for everyone involved.

When live results are especially worth it

If one of these points applies to your event, a central live display usually pays off quickly.

Example: a four-team cup with live standings

Illustrative example, not a customer story: four teams play a round robin followed by a final. The calculation assumes 12 minutes per match, two courts and a 3-minute changeover between waves.

   Count the matches and waves

   Four teams in one group with a final (two qualifiers) produce 4 × 3 ÷ 2 = 6 group matches. With two courts, that takes three waves. The top two then play a final: 7 matches in 4 waves. At 12 minutes per match and three 3-minute changeovers, the calculation is 4 × 12 + 3 × 3 = 57 minutes, excluding a break or opening.

   Separate organizer and spectator views

   The tournament lead checks fixtures and enters results in the signed-in organizer view. Invited co-organizers can also record results with their account; co-organizer invitations require a paid plan. Teams and spectators open the public link and see the updated status after results are entered.

   The public view shows 5 of 7 matches. The last group match is in progress and the final is still open.

   Publish and handle a mismatch

   Before the first match, open the link on a second device and confirm public visibility. After each result, compare the organizer status with the public standings. If the display looks old, verify the saved organizer result and link, then reload the spectator view; do not enter a duplicate result.

The public tournament page and QR link are locked in demo mode. The organizer needs an active paid plan for this flow; spectators need no account and cannot edit results.
