Fixing lists the night before, answering questions all day and reconciling several versions after every change?
Participant lists, formulas and the schedule still need to line up, and one change can throw everything off.
The same questions keep coming during the tournament: When are we up, who are we playing and what is the score?
An unclear schedule or a result copied incorrectly is enough to start a debate about the current standings.
A team drops out or a match is delayed. Printouts and messages quickly end up showing different schedules.
The current schedule, results and next steps stay together and easy to follow.
A public tournament page shows the schedule, results and next matches by link or QR code. Public pages are available with a paid plan.
Enter results and Turniermeister calculates the standings according to the scoring rules of your chosen format.
Manage the schedule and results centrally. Anyone opening the shared link sees the current view instead of an old printout.
With a paid plan, co-organizers can enter results in the same tournament while you coordinate the event.

You stay in control. Participants know what is happening. The tournament keeps moving.
Example: For your club cup on Saturday, prepare the teams, format and schedule, then review it before play starts. On tournament day, enter results centrally and share the current status.
Prepare a tournament for freeExample: For a recurring cup series, keep dates, teams and multiple tournaments together in a season. Overall standings use confirmed results from linked tournaments.
Explore season planningChoose knockout, league, group stage, Swiss system, time trial or another format. Turniermeister builds a schedule you can review before play begins.
From tournament day to the season
On tournament day, see the schedule, matches in progress and results in one place. For recurring events, keep teams, dates and overall standings together in a season.

Helping organizers stay in control
An error in one of my tournament schedules affected a team. It showed me how much a clear, traceable process matters.
I'm Christian. For years, I organized tournaments with Excel and my own schedules. At one tournament I spotted an error in the schedule too late, and a team did not want to take part afterwards. It affected me and showed me how much responsibility organizers carry.
Turniermeister cannot prevent every organizational problem. It should help you follow the process and current standings. Tournaments create emotions and should remain good memories; the software itself does not need to be the focus.
I don't organize tournaments myself anymore – sometimes I miss it. I built Turniermeister for my younger self. I hope it saves others the chaos I went through.

Prominently displayed at the bottom of the tournament page
Add as many sponsors per tournament as you like
Hypothetical example: a sponsor agrees to pay a club €300 for a season. Whether a club finds a sponsor and how much it earns depends on the agreement.
