Software for federations and governing bodies with season and championship competition: bundle tournaments into seasons, add co-organizers with their own rights and share overall standings publicly.
Free forever in demo mode. No credit card.
Federation competition means many clubs, many dates and clear rankings – a considerable coordination effort by hand.
Tournaments and match days of several clubs run independently – overall standings are missing or kept by hand.
Points, tables and placements are computed manually and barely visible to members.
Schedules and results are scattered across individual links instead of being centrally visible to members and sponsors.
Bundle tournaments into a season – with period, sport and scoring model. Co-organizers get rights in all linked tournaments for settings, teams, games and the ceremony, which you grant individually per person. The season itself stays with the owner.
Create teams once per season. Tournaments of the season take over the roster automatically as long as they have not started.
League, points series or ladder: the standing is computed from the completed tournaments of the season.
Share the season’s schedule and table publicly with members and interested parties.
Season sponsors are carried over to all linked tournaments and shown there as banner or footer; on the public season page they appear as partners. You can deactivate a sponsor per tournament.
See tournament setup, match operations and public results in the app.
Season details, teams and linked tournaments in one place.
Ongoing and upcoming matches with the current standings.
For federations, the ongoing competition across clubs and seasons is what matters.

Fictional example. A federation account creates the season "County League 2027"; three clubs each enter two teams.
Season "County League 2027" with the league scoring model and the standard 3-1-0. The federation account owns the season.
Two teams each from clubs A, B and C. Tournaments of the season take over the roster as long as they have not started.
The person receives an email invitation. Set each right individually: settings, teams, completing games and the ceremony. The rights apply to all linked tournaments of the season.
Six teams play a single round: 6 × 5 ÷ 2 = 15 matches over 5 match days with 3 matches each. Win 3, draw 1 point. The table counts only completed tournaments.
With a tournament series you create several dates in a fixed rhythm, for example every first Saturday. Each date is its own tournament of the season and counts individually against the tournament quota.
Clubs are not separate records in Turniermeister; the club is part of the team name. There is no higher-level federation structure with consolidated billing or official reporting.

Choose monthly planYes, with teams from different clubs. Clubs are not separate records: teams belong to the season, and a season belongs to one account. You invite further co-organizers by email. Turniermeister does not offer a higher-level federation administration with tenants, consolidated billing, approvals or official reporting.
Yes. Seasons can be shared publicly – schedule and live standings without an app, without sign-up.
League (3-1-0, game-based), points series (placement points per event) and ladder (challenges with position swaps).
Seasons are included in the paid plan; each tournament of the season counts against the plan’s tournament quota. The annual plan includes 70 tournaments, the monthly plan 5 per month. For more tournaments, Pro tiers offer 150, 200 or 300. In a demo account, a season requires tournament credit or a plan; premium season templates also need a single purchase. Federations and complex organizations can request an individual offer.
