Your right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a contract concluded via this website or the Turniermeister application within 14 days without giving reasons (§ 11 Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz, Austrian Distance Selling Act, FAGG). The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. Details and the model withdrawal form are available in theAGB (§ 3a, German).
You can declare the withdrawal here online or via other channels — by email to support@turniermeister.ator by post to the address given in the imprint. No channel is preferred; sending the notice in time within the withdrawal period is sufficient.
Declare the withdrawal online
The form is usable without login. After submitting, you immediately receive a confirmation email containing the content and receipt time of your withdrawal notice.
Withdrawal received
Your withdrawal notice was received. The confirmation with the full content of your notice is on its way to you by email — please also check your spam folder.
Any payments are refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
